What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential.
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager.
- Strong, confident knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted expectations.
- Skilled in team leadership, coaching and performance management.
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
- Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the nursery team to deliver exceptional Early Years provision.
- Ensure full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding requirements and Ofsted standards.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, curriculum planning and health & safety.
- Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and quality monitoring.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and external partners.
- Manage budgets, resources and occupancy effectively.
- Promote a culture rooted in the nursery’s mission and values.
