Completely care are seeking a dedicated full-time Support Worker for a temp-to-perm opportunity at a highly reputable supported living service in Monmouth. This is an excellent chance to join a compassionate team and play a meaningful role in supporting adults to live independently and safely.
What the Role Involves:
• Providing person-centred support to individuals in their homes, the local community and supported living sites
• Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
• Encouraging independence and community engagement
• Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing
• Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
What We’re Looking For:
• 6 months UK based experience in supported living or community-based care
• A full UK driving licence (essential for community support)
• A current enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
Shift Details:
• Day shifts: Between 7am and 8pm
• Sleep-in shifts: 3pm to 11pm, followed by a sleep-in overnight
