- Processing sales orders and managing stock via Sage 1000.
- Liaising with transport partners and handling import/export paperwork.
- Managing purchase orders, stationery, PPE, and card transactions.
- Handling customer enquiries with professionalism.
- Providing full cover during Senior Office Administrator absences.

The Package

- Up to £27,000 per year
- 28 days holiday

Essential Skills

- Strong administrative experience in an office setting.
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Background in engineering, technical, or logistics environments.
