What skills and experience we're looking for

About You:

The Wroughton Academies are seeking a skilled and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support and enhance the learning experience across our school. You will take responsibility for agreed learning activities under a structured system of supervision, including planning, preparing, and delivering sessions to individuals, small groups, or whole classes. You’ll bring experience, initiative, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils and staff.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

• GCSE English and Maths, Grade 3 minimum or equivalent
• NVQ Level 3 in working as a teaching assistant or equivalent
• Experience in working with young people
• Full working knowledge of the National Curriculum across both key stages
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
