Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic Business Manager to join a school on a part-time, job-share basis. You will provide leadership in HR, administration, and operations, manage support staff, contribute to budget planning, and support the Senior Leadership Team.

Start Date: March 2026 | Hours: 18.5/week (flexible job-share)
Salary: £15 – £23 per hour

Required Skills & Experience:
Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience/CPD
HR expertise and staff management
Strategic leadership experience
