Customer Service Advisor – Hadleigh Pool and Leisure – £10 - £12.21



As a customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in welcoming individuals to our sites, setting the stage for their well-being and leisure journey. Your responsibilities will include handing bookings, membership sales, and addressing member queries with care and professionalism.



26 hours per week

Monday – 14.30 - 20.00

Tuesday – 14.30 - 20.00

Wednesday – 09.00 - 14.30

Thursday – 09.00 -14.30

Friday – 09.00 - 14.30

Week 2

Monday – 14.30 - 20.00

Saturday – 09.00 - 15.30

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors to our facilities, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Manage bookings, process memberships, and provide information to members as needed.

Maintain a high standard of customer service, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.

Utilise computer systems confidently to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
