Paralegal – Agricultural Property | Norwich
A Legal 500 listed Solicitors’ practice in Norwich is seeking a paralegal to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support fee earners specialising in property work related to the agricultural sector and gain experience in a highly sought-after area of law within a prestigious law firm
The Role
As a paralegal within the team, you will provide essential Support to solicitors handling property transactions for agricultural sector businesses and individuals.
Some duties may include:-
Dealing with file admin including file opening, preparation of client care letters and terms and conditions, file closure and archiving
Drafting and sending relevant documents, forms and letters of advice to clients
Researching legal issues
Taking messages and passing them on to the relevant fee earner
Providing updates to client via email and phone
Attend meetings and take notes as required
General admin needed to contribute to the smooth running of transactions
Experience and Skills Required
The ideal candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience of working as paralegal (experience in property work would be desirable)
Strong interpersonal skills to provide a friendly, professional service to clients
Knowledge of MS office.
A keen eye for detail
Ambitions to continue their learning and development in this specialist area of law.
Experience within property (either residential or conveyancing) will clearly be advantageous but not essential, as full training and support will be provided to help you specialise in this area,
