Summary
Conveyancing Assistant - Norwich
GWR Legal Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a highly regarded law firm in Norwich, seeking an additional Conveyancing Assistant to join their thriving and successful Residential Conveyancing team.
You’ll be joining a team with an excellent reputation across East Anglia for their high-quality property work and client-focused approach. Although a busy team this is very much a firm that prioritises individual service and high levels of client care and customer service over volume.
The Role
You will provide essential support to conveyancers and solicitors in all aspects of residential property transactions, including:
Preparing and sending initial client documentation
Inputting and maintaining case data
Carrying out property searches
Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors
Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion work
General administrative support to help ensure smooth and efficient transactions
About You
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a conveyancing department
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property searches
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client care
Friendly and professional, with the ability to work well in a team
