The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for our well established client in Redhill.
Pay: £12.22 per hour
Hours: 8-hour shifts (30-minute break) - Ad-hoc shifts available
Location: Redhill
The Role:
We are currently recruiting multiple Warehouse Operatives / Pickers and Packers to join our client's busy warehouse team. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Ensure all items are correctly labelled and prepared for dispatch
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Meet daily performance and accuracy targets
- Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
