Service Advisor – CUPRA, SEAT & Škoda | Stirling | Full Time | Working Hours are 42.5 per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, plus rota Saturday mornings | OTE £36,000+

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team at Stirling. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, exciting dealership environment, delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive workshop efficiency and profitability.

Are you the right person for the job?

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• At least 2 years’ Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A flexible, adaptable approach and ability to work to deadlines
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• A proactive attitude with confidence in upselling and promoting services

What will your role look like?

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Manage daily workshop loading to maximise efficiency and profitability
• Use dealer systems to accurately cost, price and upsell work
• Prepare invoices and ensure all payments are processed correctly
• Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming service reception area
• Liaise with customers throughout their visit, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
