Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

This school is known for helping students feel safe, understood and support students social and emotional growth.
As part of a well-respected Multi-Academy Trust, the school places emotional wellbeing, positive relationships and personalised support at the centre of everything they do. It's a setting where staff work closely together, celebrate small steps of progress and make a lasting impact every day.
What you'll be doing
- Working 1-1 and in small groups with students who have Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them learn, grow and build confidence.
- Supporting teachers to deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet individual needs.
- Encouraging pupils' emotional wellbeing, resilience and positive behaviour, helping them build self-confidence and social skills.
- Providing calm, consistent supervision during learning activities, break time and off-site trips.
- Contributing to an inclusive environment where students feel safe and valued.
What we're looking for
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or SEN needs is highly desirable.
- Experience in roles such as care, youth work, sports coaching or working with vulnerable individuals is also relevant.
- Ability to build trusting relationships, remain calm and positive under pressure, and work as part of a supportive team.
- Genuine enthusiasm, patience and a commitment to making a difference every day.
