Main duties of the job (please see attached job description for full info on role) As a Nurse Consultant, you will: Provide senior clinical leadership and oversight across all three Womens Health Hubs. Lead and support teams of Advanced Practitioners and Nursing Associates. Take responsibility for all four pillars of advanced practice: clinical practice, leadership and management, education, and research. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and lead on initiatives to reduce health inequalities. Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff to embed trauma-informed, patient-centred practice. Undertake clinical and regulatory audits, quality improvement programmes, and research activity. Contribute to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring high professional standards and safe, effective care delivery. Inspire, influence, and motivate colleagues across the service to deliver excellence in womens health within a health and justice context.
