• A dynamic leader who can inspire multidisciplinary teams and drive innovation in practice.
• Committed to addressing health inequalities and improving outcomes for women in custody.
What we offer

• Dedicated time and resources to lead clinical, educational, research, and leadership programmes.
• A bespoke clinical leadership career pathway including professional development, mentorship, research opportunities, and supervision.
• The chance to shape and influence the future of trauma-informed care for women within health and justice services.

• Undertake clinical and regulatory audits, quality improvement programmes, and research activity.
• Contribute to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring high professional standards and safe, effective care delivery.
• Inspire, influence, and motivate colleagues across the service to deliver excellence in women’s health within a health and justice context.
