We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our Servicing team, someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in getting things right.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the end of the phone, supporting customers with their lifetime mortgages and making sure each interaction is clear, reassuring and well-handled.

You will:

  • Manage inbound calls from existing customers
  • Record accurate notes and information on our CRM
  • Work closely with specialist servicing teams to resolve queries
  • Provide guidance and support with professionalism and empathy
  • Deliver service levels that reflect our values and reputation

What We're Looking For

You'll be great at this role if you have:

  • Strong customer service experience in a phone-based environment
  • Confident communication skills - clear, friendly and patient
  • Good IT skills, especially Outlook and Word
  • The ability to stay organised, calm and accurate under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to continuously improve
  • Experience in financial services or mortgage administration is beneficial, but not essential - full training is provided.
