Senior Contract Manager (Municipal Waste)
Salary: Competitive plus bonus, company car/cash allowance, medical cover and pension
Grade: 6.2
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Location: Greenwich, London

What you'll be doing;
- Manage the delivery of municipal services across multiple or a single large contract including people, site & resources.
- Deliver effective & safe services to maximum operational efficiency, within budget & to VMR standard.
- Develop and maintain relations with key stakeholders; client, members, residents, staff, unions.
- Ensure safety & well being of all employees and those affected by our operations.
- Ensure all operations are run in compliance to Veolia requirements and any appropriate legislation.
- Providing clear, transparent & accurate reporting of business performance.
- Delivering operational efficiencies through use of digital, asset utilisation and cost control.
- Set and present budgets, manage monthly financial performance and deliver the contract against required budgets and KPIs.
- Present contract reviews and monthly reports.
- Championing inclusion in the workplace and developing and maintaining employee engagement.
What we're looking for;
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Previous experience within the waste industry.
- Contract Management experience (large scale) and experience working with the local authorities.
- Previous people management experience.
- Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience.
- CoTC In Waste Management or similar.
- Financial and budget management experience.
