Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector organisation to recruit a number of Operations Analysts up until March 2026, this role is hybrid with one day a week in their Canary Wharf offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing strong customer and operational services to customers internally and externally
- Working closely with other teams dealing with reviews and contacting relevant teams and people to manage more complicated cases
- Managing and supporting payments to scheme participants
- Handling applications, audit cases and amendment processes
- Meeting the team's targets
- Supporting all aspects of operations
Person Specification
- Strong numerical and analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A Basic DBS is required for this role
