Summary
Our client, a leading childcare provider in Basingstoke, Hampshire, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-time Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a valued member of our client's nursery staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their growth and development.
The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field, along with a genuine passion for working with children. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Our client values creativity and innovation, encouraging staff to bring fresh ideas and approaches to enhance the children's learning experience.
In addition to your educational responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain a safe and hygienic environment, ensuring that all necessary health and safety procedures are followed. You will work closely with other nursery staff to provide exceptional care for the children, building strong relationships with both the children and their families. Effective communication and a friendly, approachable demeanour are essential qualities for this role.
Our client is committed to supporting the professional development of their staff and offers ongoing training opportunities to help you expand your skills and knowledge in the field of early years education. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals who share your dedication to providing the highest quality of care and education to young children.
In return for your hard work and commitment, our client offers a competitive salary of £24,335 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package. This includes a generous 50% discount on childcare fees for employees, allowing you to provide your own children with the same exceptional care and education you deliver to others. Additionally, you will have access to Perk Box, an employee benefits platform that offers a wide range of discounts and rewards from various retailers and service providers.
Our client values work-life balance and recognises the importance of spending time with loved ones during the festive season. As such, the nursery is closed during Christmas and New Year's, allowing you to enjoy the holidays without the need to use your annual leave entitlement.
