The Island Free School is an extremely successful and popular secondary school based in Ventnor. on the Isle of Wight. Our school is highly academic and all pupils follow the English Baccalaureate, with GCSE programmes of study in all subject areas.
We seek to appoint a Teacher of Mathematics, to join our exceptional team, either for Summer or Autumn term, and help to ensure we meet the expectations of our pupils, their families and staff. You can expect to be well supported in your role and you will have the opportunity to join the wider life of the school.
The right candidate must have the commitment and desire to engage in the life of the school, including the enrichment hour at the end of each day, whereby all staff have the opportunity to build relationships with pupils and develop their wider skills and passions through extra-curricular activities.

Therefore any shortlisted candidates will have an online check, and the successful applicant will need to have an enhanced DBS check.
