Link3 Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and vibrant mixed primary school located close to Rugby.

About the RoleAs an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with class teachers, deliver planned lessons, and provide targeted support to individuals and groups. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities for day-to-day cover, short-term placements, or longer-term contracts depending on your availability and career goals.
Responsibilities-
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

Provide tailored support to groups and individual pupils

Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment

Help foster a love of learning through curiosity, exploration, and creative thinking
About You-
HLTA status or equivalent experience

Confident delivering lessons and supporting whole-class teaching
