Link3 Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and committed ECT Primary Teachers to join our team, offering roles that range from day-to-day supply to short-term and long-term contracts. These opportunities provide valuable classroom experience while supporting you through a structured induction programme.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to pupils’ needs

Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment

Assessing and tracking student progress to support achievement
-
Collaborating with school staff, including participating in team meetings and contributing to whole-school initiatives

Taking part in ongoing professional development sessions
-
Completing a full ECT induction programme with dedicated mentorship, regular progress reviews, and formal assessments against the Teachers’ Standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Primary ECT (or soon to be)

A passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing pupil development

Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to working in different school environments

Strong communication and organisational skills

A willingness to engage fully with the ECT induction programme and professional development opportunities
