About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive team in Leicester. This is a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.
In this rewarding role, you will be supporting an individual with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour. You’ll help promote independence, build confidence, and support meaningful daily experiences. From personal care and daily routines to community activities and outings, no two days will be the same.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
• Energetic, lively, and caring
• Confident in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour
• A driver with a full UK manual driving licence (you will be required to drive the individual’s vehicle)
• Committed to making a positive, lasting impact on the life of the person you support
