You’ll help promote independence, build confidence, and support meaningful daily experiences. From personal care and daily routines to community activities and outings, no two days will be the same.

• Energetic, lively, and caring
• Confident in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour
• A driver with a full UK manual driving licence (you will be required to drive the individual’s vehicle)
• Committed to making a positive, lasting impact on the life of the person you support
