People are the most important ingredient in our business recipe, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de
Partie, with fantastic craft skills and a thorough understanding of managing allergens to help us create an outstanding food offer
at our independent boarding school site in Stroud GL6.
The role focuses on preparing and cooking breakfast for our pupils and staff, as well as taking responsibility for all baking,
including breads, cookies, and cakes.
Beaudesert Park School is a leading independent school known for hosting sporting events and high-profile match teas. No two days
are the same, and last-minute additions are common, so we are looking for someone with a flexible, can-do attitude who thrives in
a dynamic environment.

* Have excellent craft skills and some bakery skills/experience
* Be competent in managing allergens
* Be creative, with a genuine passion for cakes and baking
* Be an absolute foodie with a chef background
* Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
* Be flexible with a positive attitude
* Have good communication skills at all levels
* Have exceptional standards in all aspects of food service; attention to detail is vital
* Ideally have experience in Independent Schools or high end B&I.
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
