Crynodeb
Newhouse Academy is looking for a candidate who is, as we describe, one of "Our People".

The Isolation Room is a prime example of this, whereby through high expectations, consistent and positive application of school policy and by supporting each other, we operate a calm and purposeful isolation room, where students know, understand and comply with our expectations.
We come to work each day to support our students and our fellow colleagues. We create an environment of high expectations, which means that Our People treat each other with respect. We all have bad days and we all make mistakes. Learning from these is important, so that together we grow and develop.
Evidenced by Ofsted in their recent inspection, staff morale and motivation is high. The values of Our People and integral to this.
We are looking for a candidate who;
- Is one of ‘Our People.’
- Is able to work independently as well as part of a team(s).
- Has knowledge and understanding of strategies to remove the barriers to learning.
- Is good at problem solving.

Hours: 32.5 hours per week , Term time only
Salary: NJC Grade 5 Scale Points 12 to 18
Starting scale point is dependent on experience.
Actual salary £21,293 to £23,481
Contract type: Permanent
Start date: As soon as possible (upon receipt of satisfactory pre employment checks)
