Are you the right person for the job?
• Experienced senior leader with proven success in business development and client management
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to win new work and grow existing accounts
• Excellent project management and leadership skills, ideally with experience acting as a Project Architect
• Collaborative, forward-thinking and passionate about mentoring and developing others
What will your role look like?
• Lead business development, winning new jobs from new and existing clients
• Act as an ambassador for the practice within your sector, promoting innovation and specialist knowledge
• Oversee the delivery of services and projects, including project reviews and compliance with legislation and practice standards
• Manage design teams, consultants and client relationships, often taking a leadership role
• Act as project architect, delivering projects for key clients and managing the team to support you in project delivery
• Support marketing by providing detailed information on completed projects
• Oversee tender preparation and sub-consultant appointments in line with practice policy
• Develop your own leadership skills while mentoring and supporting junior staff
