We are currently recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to join our agency team and provide high-quality care and support within children's residential homes across Bradford.
As part of our team, you'll have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit you, while working with organisations that are dedicated to helping young people achieve brighter futures.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting young people aged up to 18 with daily routines and independent living skills
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Creating a safe, nurturing environment
- Working closely with staff teams to deliver consistent and compassionate care
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a children's residential home
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and supporting young people
- Level 3 qualification (or working towards) in Children & Young People is highly desirable
