You'll receive:
• Free CPD and training before you start
• A proper induction and optional taster days
• Weekly check-ins from a supportive team
• Help with confidence-building, communication skills and SEN basics
• A warm, welcoming environment where you can grow
Our goal is to help you thrive - not just "cope".
As an LSA, your role is all about helping students feel supported, capable and safe.
You'll be:
• Supporting students with additional or complex needs
• Offering 1:1 or small-group learning help
• Being a calm, steady presence in the classroom
• Assisting with classwork and helping break tasks down
• Working closely with the SENCO, teachers and pastoral staff
• Celebrating progress, no matter how small
Students will rely on your calm energy - and your ability to connect.
Graduates who are:
• Considering teaching, SEN, psychology or youth work
• Good listeners with a warm, patient approach
• Confident communicators who want to help
• Reliable, adaptable and positive
• Motivated to support young people with varied needs
Experience is not essential - attitude is.
• From £85-£100 per day (PAYE)
• Free training and ongoing CPD
• Weekly pay, full transparency
