The Client
Our client is one of Europe's leading construction companies. They are looking to recruit a Site Engineer to join their busy team in Northamptonshire
Site Engineer responsibilities:
Assist & support in the preparation, implementation & maintaining of formal QA / QC documentation on site
Undertake Surveying and setting out duties
Check drawings and quantities
Plan the work and efficiently organise site operations in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines
Liaise with any consultants and sub-contractors engaged in the project as necessary
Supervise and monitor Junior Engineers
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Arrange testing of materials
Undertake the testing and calibration of instruments used
Liaise with management
Introduce improvements and innovation where appropriate to areas of responsibility
Ensure work is delivered in accordance with the specification
Take part in and deliver a Safety Culture with the entire site team
Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record of working as a Site Engineer on large £Multi Million projects
Minimum of 5 Years Site Engineer experience
Degree in Engineering or equivalent Strong backgroung in QA / QC
CSCS Card SMSTS
