Job Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer (Apprentice) to join our IT team at Head Office. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365 in a service desk or technical support environment.

You will act as the first point of contact for IT issues and service requests, providing timely support to onsite and remote users. You’ll handle day-to-day troubleshooting, user administration, and device support, escalating more complex issues to senior IT team members where required.

The majority of your time will focus on IT support and service desk activities, including ticket management, issue resolution, and end-user support. You’ll also assist with routine maintenance, system updates, and small improvement tasks as part of the wider IT team.

You will study a Level 3 Information Communication Technician (ICT) apprenticeship for the duration of your fixed term.
