• Established a structure of working groups and projects to inform and drive change from 'the ground up'
• Encouraging and supporting practitioners to develop areas of special interest
• Supporting newly qualified Occupational Therapists through their first year in practice and supporting level 1 Occupational Therapist's through their progression to level 2
• Supporting our Occupational Therapists in their role as practice placement educators
• Developing peer support groups and a training and education programme for our workforce
About our team
We require registered Occupational Therapists to work in Adult Care within one of the locality Occupational Therapy teams. Our locality teams consist of an OT Lead Practitioner, Advanced Practitioners, Occupational Therapists and Community Care Officers.
