Hours: 35 hours per week/ 70 Hours over two weeks (Nine-Day Fortnight)

The role

We are currently looking to recruit a Home Ownership Officer to join our Acquisitions and Partnerships team here at Housing 21.

Within the role you will be responsible for providing an efficient service to home ownership customers, to ensure excellent customer service is provided to both internal and external stakeholders, taking responsibility for any property transaction being completed within given target time as set by Housing 21.

Relaying complex and detailed information to prospective customer, residents, families and employees in relation to home ownership.

While the role is home based the successful candidate will be required to attend team meetings, training and occasional open days and launch events at various locations.

What we’re looking for

The essential requirements for the role include:

• Knowledge and experience in all Microsoft functions and experience using CRM systems
• Conveyance related administration experience, with good understanding of sales transactions, the sales process of leasehold conveyancing and legal requirements surrounding leasehold enquiries.
• Significant experience in an administration role within an office environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a demonstrable ability to listen and develop a clear understanding of issues and complex lease requirements.
