What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a Teacher of Maths to teach small groups of young people who have social emotional and mental health issues. You will be supported by a team of dedicated support staff and leaders in a joint approach to secure the best academic outcomes for young people.

You will need to be;
• A qualified teacher able to implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and adapted curriculum for small groups of vulnerable students.
• A teacher with good subject knowledge, able to design and deliver lessons that are interesting and engaging for young people.
• Able to facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential and which meets their individual needs.
• Able to enter into restorative conversations with young people to foster positive relationships and progress.
• Committed to the achievement of young people who are vulnerable or at risk
