Head of Projects and Maintenance DHRG An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants Group Ltd based in Derbyshire. The head of projects and maintenance will work closely with the Head of Operations, and will spend the majority of their time on site at any one of Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants properties in Derbyshire. The RoleResponsible for all aspects of the delivery of planned maintenance and capital investment projects across the portfolio of properties in Derbyshire. Manage and oversee project delivery through the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) plan of work and stage deliverables. Ensuring projects within the approved budget and agreed timelines. The CandidateThe successful applicant is likely to have significant relevant experience, have a good understanding of the CDM Regulations and legal matters concerned with safety in contract management. They are also likely to be a positive influence within an established team. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
