There are a wide variety of business functions, including hospitality, visitor attractions and estate management.The Project Management Office (PMO) is a central function based in the Chatsworth Estate which provides governance guidelines, portfolio and project delivery support for cross-group business change projects.About the roleAre you an experienced Business Analyst looking for a role that has a direct impact on business improvement through change in an organisation that is in an active transformation period?We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support us on two of these cross-group systems projects that are part of the Devonshire Group’s modernisation and efficiency improvement strategies.Both projects involve a review of our business requirements, processes, systems and usage in two different areas with a view to proposing the future state for each.The first covers EPOS, stock management, gift vouchers and other related systems/functions, the second covers property management, repairs and maintenance, health & safety and contractor management.The Business Analyst will liaise with multiple stakeholders across the group to understand and document the current state and actual business requirements for both projects, and to develop future-state recommendations in terms of processes and solutions. The solutions will need to cover process, business, functional, non-functional and data requirements.This is a full-time, hybrid working six-month contract based out of the Chatsworth Estate Office in Derbyshire, with the possibility to extend.About youTo succeed in this role, you must be able to combine great Business Analysis skills with excellent stakeholder management. You will have recent relevant experience on software projects in a diverse organisation with multiple systems and stakeholders. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
