About the Role:
As Estates and Asset Manager at Erewash Borough Council, you will lead our Property Asset Management Plan - driving innovation, sustainability, and value during this exciting period of change.
What You Will Do:
• Lead and Inspire: Manage a skilled estates team delivering efficient, high-quality property services.
• Shape the Future: Deliver our new Property Asset Management Plan and support strategic transformation.
• Negotiate and Deliver: Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, and valuations to maximise community benefit.
• Influence at a Strategic Level: Advise senior leaders and partners on estate planning and regeneration.
• Champion Innovation: Identify opportunities for collaboration and smarter working across the public estate.
About You:
• Chartered Member of RICS with a degree/diploma in Estate Management.
• Proven experience in strategic asset and estate management.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and passion for public value.
