Crynodeb

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Manager to join our Commercial Team. This is an opportunity to support the commercial function, drive strategic initiatives, and strong collaboration skills to help deliver a truly historic, large-scale programme.

The Delivery Authority (DA) has a portfolio of contracts, including both standard government forms and NEC3 and 4 contracts. Managing these contracts requires a strong procedural approach to support collaboration, discipline and control, recognising that the DA must comply with statutory requirements along with relevant government policies to deliver value for money. This role will provide comprehensive pre-contract and post-contract commercial advice and support to the commercial function and other DA departments.

We're looking for a qualified individual with proven experience in a commercial, business or quantity surveying related field. With a strong track record of delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Adept at managing records accurately, you balance strategic vision with hands-on commercial and technical oversight.
