About the Company
Hightown is a charitable Housing Association operating principally in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. We believe everyone should have a home and the support they need, so our aim is to build new homes and to provide excellent housing and support.

What does this Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work:37.5 Hours Per Week - Various Shifts Available Between 07:00 - 22:00
As a Support Worker, you will be at the heart of helping individuals with learning disabilities live independently, confidently, and with dignity. Your role will include:
• Creating and implementing personalised support plans
• Promoting life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
• Providing personal care with sensitivity and respect
• Supporting individuals to attend appointments and engage in meaningful activities
• Mentoring new staff and contributing to a positive team culture
• Encouraging aspirations and helping people achieve their goals
This role includes one sleep-in shift per week, with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in.
