Crynodeb
For main responsibilities, please see detailed job description. This post will attract 10 programmed activities per week ( 8.5 PA direct clinical care and 1.5 PA supportingprofessional activities) as per Trust Policy for new consultants. At Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust a Consultant of the Week rota is in operation, where one consultant is responsible for all daytime acute referrals and inpatient care during that week. Consultant of the Week duties for this post will be based on the Alder Hey site (1 in 10 weekday; 1 in 10 weekend). On-calls duties will also beundertaken at Central Manchester Childrens Hospital.The supporting professional activities (SPAs) allocation within the provisional job plan is an illustrative guide onlyand will be finalised following individual agreement with successful candidate.
