Location: Glasgow and across the West
Hours: Thursday to Monday

Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the customer journey from first enquiry through to completion. You'll represent the development professionally, maximise sales opportunities, and deliver an exceptional experience for every buyer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales process for new build developments, from enquiry to completion.
Welcome and assist visitors, providing professional guidance throughout their buying journey.
Act as the main contact for purchasers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.
Complete all sales administration and reporting accurately and on time.
Support local marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities.
Follow up on leads and enquiries to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct home demonstrations and ensure smooth customer handovers.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and presentation on site.
About You
Previous experience in new build property sales.
Highly motivated and target-driven with strong self-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays (Thursday to Monday rota).
