• Gathering information and evidence to assist with claims
• Handling calls and enquiries from customers, and keeping them updated
• Making sure the correct providers are chosen, based on vehicle type and cost
• Keeping the CRM and portal systems up to date and accurate
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor with he following skills and experience…
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar
• Insurance experience is desirable
• Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated, with great communication skills
• A strong decision maker and problem solver
• IT literate, with experience with MS Office
• Personable, positive, empathetic and compassionate
In return, the successful Customer Service Advisor will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 plus the following benefits…
• 23 days, plus Bank Holidays
