As an Intranet and SharePoint Developer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the DVLA Internal Communications teams by providing technical expertise across the organisation’s digital workplace platforms. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Omnia Intranet and SharePoint Online environments, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.
These roles are focused on technical support and development, enabling the Internal Communications teams who are the primary users and content creators, to deliver engaging and effective intranet experiences. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure the platforms meet evolving business needs.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for Omnia Intranet and SharePoint Online.
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications teams to enable effective use of intranet tools and features.
- Work with and support third-party vendors and partners in delivering digital workplace services.
- Contribute to technology roadmaps, project planning, and service improvements.
- Assist in migrating Intranet content
