Key Responsibilities
A. Spiritual Leadership
Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering sermons, Bible studies, and teachings.
Lead worship services, prayer meetings, vigils, and church programmes.
Conduct scriptural counselling for members and new converts.
Provide spiritual guidance in line with the doctrines and beliefs of the Church.
B. Pastoral Care
Offer pastoral support to individuals, families, youths, and new believers.
Conduct home visits, hospital visits, and follow-up of new members.
Support members facing emotional, spiritual, or family challenges.
C. Discipleship & Christian Education
Facilitate discipleship classes, baptismal classes, and workers’ training.
Develop and coordinate teaching materials and spiritual growth programmes.
D. Evangelism & Outreach
Lead evangelism activities within the local community.
Organise mission outreaches, street evangelism, and follow-up of new converts.
Support expansion work, church planting, and community engagement.
E. Administrative Duties
Assist in the growth and organisation of church departments and volunteer teams.
Help with planning and executing church events, conferences, and services.
Support the Lead Pastor with strategic planning, record-keeping, and ministry reports.
Attend leadership meetings, workers’ meetings, and training sessions.

Person Specification / Job Requirements
Must be a university graduate.
Must possess an RCCG Workers-in-Training Certificate.
Must have previous experience working in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
Must be born again and able to speak in tongues.
Must have deep and sound knowledge of the Bible.
Must be willing and ready to work weekends and during special church programmes.
