Summary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Spiritual Leadership:
Lead and coordinate the church’s prayer and intercession ministry.
Organize regular prayer meetings, vigils, and special intercessory sessions.
Develop and implement prayer strategies to support the vision and mission of the church.
2. Preaching and Teaching:
Preach the gospel using the Bible to inspire spiritual growth among members.
Teach and mentor members on the importance, power, and discipline of prayer and intercession.
Provide guidance on spiritual growth, fasting, and personal devotions.
3. Coordination:
Coordinate with other ministry leaders to integrate prayer and gospel teaching into church programs and initiatives.
Mobilize prayer teams for special events, crises, and church-wide spiritual campaigns.
4. Counselling and Support:
Offer spiritual counsel and guidance to members seeking prayer support.
Intercede for individuals, groups, and the church as a whole in alignment with biblical principles.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be a born-again Christian with a deep commitment to spiritual growth.
University graduate in any discipline.
Must possess a valid RCCG ministry certificate.
Demonstrated ability to speak in tongues.
Vast knowledge of the Bible and strong scriptural understanding.
Ability to preach the gospel effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
