Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Inquiries and Decisions Officers (SO2) to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving inquiries, making informed decisions, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Responsibilities
Manage and respond to inquiries from clients and stakeholders efficiently and professionally.
Conduct thorough investigations into inquiries and complaints, gathering relevant data and evidence.
Make informed decisions based on established policies, regulations, and operational guidelines.
Prepare and document comprehensive reports outlining findings and decisions made during inquiries.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate effective issue resolution and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze trends in inquiries to identify potential areas for improvement in services offered.
Provide training and support to junior staff and new team members on inquiry handling and decision-making processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in customer service, inquiries management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and make sound decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy in work.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to the role.
