Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re working with a well-respected care provider in Cwmbran to recruit a kind, reliable, and motivated Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities in their homes and out in the local community.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing personal, practical, and emotional support in service users’ homes
Supporting individuals with learning disabilities in accessing community activities
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
Assisting with day-to-day tasks such as meal prep, personal care, and medication
Encouraging social inclusion and building confidence
What We’re Looking For:
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – Preferable
6 months UK based experience in care or supporting individuals with learning disabilities
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality
A team player who’s also confident working independently
Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing high-quality care
