Support Worker, Cwmbran, £14-15 p/h
We are seeking a kind, reliable, and motivated Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities in their homes and out in the local community, promoting independence, dignity, and choice, and making a real difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal, practical, and emotional support in service users’ homes
Supporting individuals with learning disabilities in accessing community activities
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
Assisting with day-to-day tasks such as meal prep, personal care, and medication
Encouraging social inclusion and building confidence
Required Skills & Experience:
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferable)
6 months UK experience in care or supporting individuals with learning disabilities
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality
A team player who’s also confident working independently
Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing high-quality care
