Our client, a leading childcare provider in London, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Level 3 Qualified Baby Room Practitioner to join their passionate team. As a key member of our client's nursery staff, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the growth and development of babies aged 0-2 years.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years and have a proven track record of working with babies in a childcare setting. You should be confident in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development, while adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
In this role, you will work closely with other Baby Room Practitioners and the Room Leader to ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained. You will be responsible for observing and assessing children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular feedback to parents and carers. Effective communication and the ability to build strong relationships with families are essential to this role.
