Our client, a leading childcare provider in the vibrant areas of London, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join their dedicated team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £13.08 per hour, with the option to work either 36 hours (£24,486 per annum) or 40 hours (£27,208 per annum) each week.
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring that children receive the highest quality of care and education in a safe, nurturing environment. You will work closely with the nursery team to plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
- Supporting children's individual needs and promoting their well-being
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers, building strong partnerships
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to the overall smooth running of the nursery
