We currently have an exciting six month Assistant Service Manager opportunity in Plymouth, for 37.5 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are wanting to take the next step in your career and progress your development.
Being a driver is essential to this role.
As an Assistant Service Manager, you will report to the Service Manager. Working alongside them, you will help to support a team of Support Workers and ensure the smooth running of the service.
As an Assistant Service Manager you will?
- Have strong communication skills with the people we support, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Be confident to support with leading and managing a team.
- Be flexible, ensuring there is adequate support across the management team on site.
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not an essential.
What will you be doing as an Assistant Service Manager?
- To be confident in being able to work using a computer and electronic systems.
- Support the Service Manager with agreed management tasks.
- Support the team with their development.
- Ensuring compliance across the team and service.
