What skills and experience we're looking for
Essential criteria :
• NVQ level 3 in Child Care
• GCSE grades A - C / 9 - 5 in English and maths
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high quality support to meet all needs of the children
• A work ethic which is driven by a desire to make a positive difference
• The ability to use your own initiative
• A friendly and approachable manner
